Commercial Construction - Senior Project Manager

Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc is in search of an experienced Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Project Manager to join our Commercial Construction Team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary (DOE), company vehicle, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. Our fast moving environment is centered on teamwork and corporate family. We are looking for a Project Manager who is positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a quick learner. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute Commercial Construction projects based on ICS values and objectives.

  • Assist on multiple projects, providing guidance to other project managers. Step in to manage and assist on larger, more complex, and strategic projects.

  • Develop project solutions with a team-based approach.

  • Lead ICS’ project teams to yield safe, consistent, profitable, and high-quality construction results.

Additional duties include:

  • Develop and maintain good-standing relationships with our clients; provide timely responses and leveraging additional sales opportunities.

  • Formulate the high-performance project team.

  • Develop and mentor ICS’ project team members.

  • Consistently utilize ICS’ planning processes (For Example: Kickoff, Turnover, Planning, Critical Path and weekly Operations meetings) to establish and execute project plans.

  • Establish specific project goals with the ICS project team and monitor those targets.

  • Assign project tasks as necessary to team members; clearly defining responsibilities and expectations. (For Example: Submittals, Purchasing, RFIs, Pre-Fab, Closeout, etc.)

  • Project Manager is ultimately responsible for all financial aspects of their projects. (For Example: SOVs, Change Orders, Billings, Project Reviews, etc.)

  • Be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, and solving problems.

  • Ensure safe practices; be proactive in identifying project hazards to minimize risks.

  • Hold ICS project teams accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.

Requirements:

8 years experience preferred

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

SALARY: $135,000.00 - $160,000.00/YEAR*

*Position includes a 20% target bonus connected to company and individual results
